I had withdrawn my winning on sat ** and it was not credited to my account.dream** have mentioned on app that there will be instant transfer. When i raised query to customer service they are just giving me robotic answers that we have done IMPS successfully and now same is pending with your bank ..later they told me it was NEFT due to technical issue
I have checked with my bank and they told me no such transaction have hit your account.when i demanded dream** to give me transaction id details then they stopped replying to emails and not giving me any details. Please help me to get my money my dream** id is hbn***.
