I believe someone from govt authorised body should look into matter of all our queries and strictly punish who do fraud with customer and defame the digital platform authenticity like cakeportal.com who have created a website to hunt innocent customer. Its a big scam. I have been trapped by cakesportal Order #***** | NSDL | Cancelled. Neither received any refund from *th Apr ** nor any reply from them. My question is if you dont provide delivery to customer than how come you are asking to pay in advance. And after succesful payment nobody from your side either bother to reply or dispatch order. Its a heinous crime because you purposely looted hard earned money from customer. Refund my Rs****.
