Sanfe - Fraud brand

I have placed an order number A shipment from order ******* *st of order was delayed and then they have send only * product instead of *. Now they won't do anything without unboxing vedio. I have shared all images but the fraudstars won't refund or deliver the remaining items. Also when I asked for the manager call they said they have only one manager who is on leave such frauds.
