Meesho - Fraud being done by meesho

I have faced issue related to * orders
*- order id ************ dated **-**-** amount *** for two units of thermal wear combo . Because of size issue asked for replacement. But this time got only one unit worth rs *** only and filed complaint , complaint number - ******** . They promised refund but Refund is not credited even today .
*- order id ************ dated *-**-** . Ordered two sweater combo for my kid worth *** rs but received completely diffrent product . When courier partner from shadowfax cane to pickup he said meesho is not accepting the photo of product which is different from that mentioned in meesho app . They rejected return from their end . I called meesho again and again but they are willingly wasting my time and according to their policy they will only attempt three pickup .. two of my attempts hage alrwafy went in vain . And when i dont have that actual product how can i give them the photo of that product ??
