Awwal Furniture - Fraud bed seller defective bed no invoice given

Fraud by furniture seller few weeks back. He has taken ***** rs advance & given a defective product at my home with no warranty or bill. He has taken **% payment, i.e ***** out of total ***** and then refused to provide the non defective bed. Stopped answering my phone when i asked him to provide correct product. Attached screenshot of the payments Also attached bill of a previous purchase

After visiting police station many times, the police called him & directed him to return the bed & refund for which he informed a saturday of the week, ** am, few weeks back. He did not turn up. He has not even installed the defective bed placed at my home

Hence i want a refund for the bed amount, legal fee, fee for cost incurred in visiting police station, fee for my time spent in all this, mental harassment & torture
