Meta Core India Private Limited - Fraud at Meta

My self-Mohammad Danish Khan and I got a call from recruitment services named Career Headhunt located in Mumbai and they told they have some good vacancies in many places. Initially they told me to pay around Rs *,*** for their service for providing interviews. Based on their feedback, I have paid Rs *,*** on **st February **** and they provided the receipt also for that amount. On **th February **** received a mail from Carrer Headhunt and Meta that they are having a vacancy at Meta for the position of Senior Manager Inside Sales Gurgaon or Bangalore location and they shared me the PDF document explaining the job description and I reverted them back that I am interested in this position. Based on the above details they scheduled me the first round of interview with Senior HR manager named Rishi Raj from Meta on **th Feb **** After first round they shared some Profile Assessment test for the **th Feb**** round of Profile Assessment test.
After the *nd round, they shared (from Meta) through the mail that After evaluation on the key highlights represented by you in the Questionnaire, we think that you are a fit choice for the role of Senior Manager Inside Sales dated **th Feb ****. To process ahead, we have started the background verification of the profile and you can find the verification sheet attached in this email. They have asked me to pay the Rs ***** for the address verification on **th Feb **** from third party vendor IDFY. After paying the amount address verification has been completed on **th Feb ****. They have again asked to pay the Rs **,*** for Internal BGV process on *st March ****
Initially I have a confirmation letter along with the other formalities to complete on *rd of March ****. There was a call schedule on *rd march to discuss about the remaining formalities to complete. Profile verification is mandatory as all the top management profiles have to be validated from all layers of verification. For the Professional Portfolio, they charged around Rs **,*** Based on the *rd March **** round of interview. After paying the amount they had shared the Professional Portfolio link (https://servicesweb**.wixsite.com/danish-khan). Once the link has been shared it has been rejected from the Meta Side as details were not complete. Career Head Hunt person has shared the email stating to complete the Professional Portfolio Specifications & they had again asked to pay the Rs **,*** on **th March ****. After competing this formality they has asked to complete below acitivties: W-* State Form, OTTP Federal Form, I-* Form. For the payment they had mentioned it will be refunded via the DD once onboarding formalities completed.
On **th March received a mail from Meta Careers <no-reply@facebookmail.com> that, this is an internal recruitment under OTTP (One Thousand Talent policy program) and you need to pay for some approvals namely W state form ($), OTTP Federal form ($) and I-* form ($) and I paid the total amount of Rs ***** (Bill is available). After paying the above said amount, they shared me some forms to fill and share and submitted the same with consultancy. I have submitted the filled documents on **th March ****. I have received the final offer letter confirmation on **th march ****
After finishing above, they shared (Meta) Business Level agreement between me and Carrer Headhunt and for that they are charging * % CTC what they offered and I paid an amount of Rs Rs **,*** (% CTC offered by Meta). For this also Bill is available.
On *th April received a mail from Meta Careers no-reply@facebookmail.com stating that It is to inform you that your physical visit is on hold due to non-submission of "Taxation Enclosure" for the given Service Level Agreement.
Taxation Enclosure is required as per the below mentioned tax schemes to generate Refund Draft for the Candidate for all the out of pocket expenses.

For Candidate: **.*% (**% Taxation Fee & *.*% Online Processing Charges)
For Consultant: **.*% (**% Taxation Fee & *.*% Online Processing Charges)
It is to confirm you that you should not deposit any other funds or payment after this Taxation Enclosure as all the formalities of internal recruitment process is being completed. On submission of Taxation Enclosure, your physical visit for the collection of Offer Letter, Refund Draft and Salary account form will be scheduled in next week.

On the same day I have received email from consultancy career head hunt stating till now I have paid
Total Service Amount Paid from you: *,**,*** INR
Taxation Enclosure Amount: *,**,*** INR (**.*% of Total Service Amount)
Total Refundable Amount from Employer: *,**,*** INR
Note: There is no further payment or charges or service required to be purchased from your end. Taxation Encloure is the last step to derive physical visit confirmation from the selected employer.
On **th April received a mail from Meta Careers no-reply@facebookmail.com stating that It is to inform you Your physical visit for the collection of Offer Letter is on hold due to non-submission of "Third Party Approval" that are directly/ indirectly responsible for your internal recruitment process. They had again arranged a conference all with META HR Mr. Rishi Raj to discuss on third party pending approval from the consultancy side.
On the same day I have received email from the Career Head Hunt regarding third party pending approval.

*) Sigma: Internal Federal Verification third party approval
Amount: *% of final CTC
*) OneTrust: Meta third party placement approval

*) ABC Consultant: Online Job Application third party approval

a) *% will be paid from above mentioned third parties
b) *% will be paid from Candidate directly to the third party account

Note:

*) You will be getting a separate refund of **% third party approval apart from the internal service amount of INR *.** Lacs.

*) You are required to refund the remaining *% to the Consultant after the induction process.

On **th April I have received the details of the payment where I have to complete the total Payment of Rs *,**,***/-
On **th April I have received the email from career head hunt stating that We would like to inform you that * third party visits have been completed, and by next week the things will be done onto the profile. Some Global Enhancer reports will be required to complete your present profile for that you have to purchase that report worth **,*** to avoid your profile going to pool selection process.
In one of the mail, they told that whatever the amount I paid during the recruitment process will be Refunded back once the induction is completed by Demand Draft (DD).
Total Paid amount to Carrer Headhunt and Meta and is around Rs ***,***/- till **st May ****. After this date I was not getting any reply from both the times.
After all this, I realised this will be Fraud and writing to raise a complaint on the same to resolve the case and to Refund the amount with compensation of wasting my time of about ** months in recruitment by providing the fake job offer. All my saving has been gone in this & I have swiped my credit card due to which I am paying higher interest rate on this. I have close the credit card along with the dues & interest rates, I have taken the loan of **Lacs to clears all dues. Till now I did not get any refund or my job, I am going through the worst face of my life where I am struggling with finances dues to this fraud.
