Goyal Sarees Suits - Fraud and Scam

As I am seller in meesho they are doing fraud to cover there losses. They send me Fake POD and told they you already received your product. There is no contact facility. I tried so many times but they close ticket without any information. I really want how I can handle this because this is new for me. I have no idea how I handle this.
