Women garment store - Fraud and scam website

I ordered two night suits yesterday from their website. Payment has been deducted from my account. Now I am not able to open their website. And they hadn't provide any tracking ID even not any contact number. They are totally fraud. Their Instagram account also disabled now. I want my money back. Have a look plz.
