Pragati Movers and packers - Fraud and mislead by Pragati packers and movers

Complaint about Pragati Packers and movers, Palam vihar, ext. Gurugram ******.
There is a person namely Rahul who is there only to loot and mislead the people.
He has send few persons to my home as on **/**/**** to take the parcel i.e: Lagguages which was supposed to send on priority to Srinagar location.
Hence he has assured me that it will be delivered within *-* days.
We had a word for **rs/kg and once it reached to his office he send me a unexpected quote and fake weight details as before sending it to him, i have already done the calculation and weight the all packages.
Still i said OK to him even if he added labour charges and **% gst excluding **rs/kg, as i was in hurry and given a TAT to someone that the packages needs to be reached to the destination asap.
Then after * days i came to know that package are still lying in Delhi and he has handed over it to some other courier company, namely Aditya logistics.
Now today is **th of June and we are yet to receive the packages.
Rahul is not answering our calls nor giving us any update.
I have been totally cheated and mislead by Pragati Packers and movers.
