I had ordered several shoes on **th of Feb **** by snapdeal. Out of which * shoes ordered id is *********** of Rs.*** Khadim shoes, order id. *********** of Rs.**** of Truffle shoes and order id. *********** of Rs.*** Zappy shoes. These all orders were made to send at Hajipur, Rajpoot colony, Vaishali, Bihar.
Because of size issue I had requested a return for these all * pair of shoes. Snapdeal courier boy came and pick up truffle shoes and Zappy at a time and given me it's receipt after cross-checking the pickup item. But, after a few days, snapdeal informed me that truffle shoes quality check fails, so they are returning the shoe to me. In case of denial of the item, it will be assumed to be lost by snapdeal. On the *rd of March, I have found Zappy shoes sent back by snapdeal, not the truffle. For Zappy shoes which I had returned, snapdeal has credited Rs.*** in my account.
Meaning to say, snapdeal has taken money from me for truffle shoes and returned back Zappy shoes. While for that Zappy which I had ordered and returned back, snapdeal has given back my money. So, snapdeal has misappropriated truffle with Zappy which is a lesser amount item. And, this way committed fraud of Rs.**** that is the price of Truffle shoes. I m attaching it's receiving customer copy delivered by courier boy.
