I placed one order with Organic India worth rs **** on October ****. After that, I did numerous followup regarding the delivery of my product. To date, I have not received my product nor the refund amount. I have called and emailed multiple times to Organic India's customer care/support team regarding refund and product delivery. But I am not getting any help and this has been mentally harassed by the Organic India Customer Support team. Please take strict action against this, I am mentally harassed and I have invested so much time for followups, calls and emails.
