Tataplay - Fraud and false commitment

Am subscriber of tataplay since **** and reffered the connection to one of my friend one of the dealer desk agent called Asha registed my query and given information to proceed the process to activate the connection with ****rs for * months package and *** referral amount for new nd exsisting connection since I hv gt only * months fre and not given any referal amt and not responding my calls I hv complained in customer care they said they will follow up nd will justify the scheme but after failing the tat commitment to resolve my query they called and took all de details commited to resolve and closed my ticket I hv got the message to my contact number I pissed of waisted my money time and faith to my friends...I want to sue this people
