Baijus is running a program for young kids, initially this is a package of **K where they promised to support the kids for primary standard through an online software along with hardware, as part of this program they promised to provide ongoing support through coaches books and tablet along with needed support, these people bugged us almost two month and handed over a tab and some books and after ** days without any confirmation they started charging EMIs, after that they have no proper system in place to support the customer for any tablet issues, neither they have a insurance foe hardware damages or software, we had try contacting them several times, insipite of sending emails to their support also including there CEO none of them are bothering to come back, the promised support of providing books and online teachers support is also a false there is no proper structure or support system in place and they have launched this program to masses, they somehow sell the package with ** days trial and somehow have the EMI agreed through credit card, but silently after ** days these people stay silent and without any initimation to customer they start charging EMIs on monthly basis, there is no way for customer to stop this as the credit card approval is somehow started even before the pilot period is enrolled, this is how customers get trapped and are helpless they have to forcibly continue with the program, having said that post that if there is any hardware issue to the tablet they have given they just lift hands and leave to customers to do service on there own, now foolishly the customer who was initially happy with a second hand tablet which does not even have a hardware insurance coverage need to deal with the tablet as all the needed baijus software is part of it, so he has to forcibly bear the service cost of the hardware, now comming to the support of teachers to help the kids , initially it is promised that there is a monthly *-* connects with the teachers, this is also a big fraud initially there is just one call before the pilot after that there is no one bothering , all of this lack of preparation has lead me to great incovnience, I ahve asked them refund I can still pay some money to hardware, they are not responding back it has been * months and I have dropped around ** emails back to back for refund.
