Gigolo Club - Fraud and Cheat Me

I enquiry for job. He said, I have to pay **** for registration. I asked him, do I have any further payment to make? Or is this registration for one month or year? He said no for a month. Its admission fees. It will be valid as long as I can do. And for further payment, he completely denied. He said no further payment need.
But after paid, he asked me for further payment of ****. I asked for refund my money. He said, there is no refund. I already paid ****, I thought after meeting I get some amount then I leave them. I do arrange of ****. And ask him, I have only ****. He said make payment of ****, remaining amount he will arrange. After meeting I do pay him remaining amount. But after payment ****, he said he can pay only ***. And start forcing me softly for remaining balance. I completely denied, coz I don't have single rupees to pay. I pay that **** coz I think after meeting I get recovered that amount. I asked for for refunds. Firstly he trying to convince me for further payment. When I completely denid and asked for refund. He said it will take * week for refunds.
After that I do msg him on regular intervals for making quick refunds but he never responded.
I do payments on *th July. I made call yesterday, but he never picked up my call. Today he picked call. And asked that, first I have to submit some file to process. And cut the call. After that he never picked call. Not even ready to talk.

More than *.* week I haven't eaten anything. Already shared with him, but still he is not ready to listen or respond.

I don't know how much more my body will adjust with situations.
I don't have any other options, so I m here for complain against him. I do have payment prove, chat prove but unfortunately don't have call recording.

Can you please help me as soon as possible.
