We would like to bring this information to your kind notice that Brimatec Solutions Jabalpur (Proprietor – Nandan Choithani) initiated a business with Anand Construction company situated in Purnia Bihar for the purchase of *M and Venus N** Masks on * May ****.
We paid an advance of Rs. **,***/- for *M (*** pcs) & Venus N** (*** pcs) Masks and as per the Invoice, we were supposed to pay the remaining amount (Rs. **,***/-) after delivery of the material.
The contact person from Anand Construction is Pawan Kumar Singh (**********), the proprietor of Anand Construction. Pawan Kumar Singh mentioned that he sent the material on *-*-**** through Delhivery Courier Services (https://www.delhivery.com/) whose tracking ID provided as *************.
The supply of the material was received on **-*-****. But, instead of ordered *M and Venus Masks, we received * ply masks in an envelope. We have been continuously trying to contact Pawan Kumar Singh to address the erroneous transaction but he is not receiving the calls. We have recorded the video of the material received with all tracking details of delhivery courier.
We understood that Anand Construction (Pawan Kumar Singh) has done fraud with Brimatec Solutions Jabalpur and we request voxya to address the issue and help us get our refund (Rs. **,***/-) back by taking necessary legal actions against Pawan Kumar Singh, Anand Construction, Purnia, Bihar. The transaction IDs of payments done by Brimatec Solutions ICICI Current Bank Account to Anand Construction, Bank of India Current bank account are - *********, *********.
