Pinnacle Market Investment Advisory Pvt. Ltd - FRAUD ADVISORY REFUND OF MONEY

Organization promised dynamic profit during the initial stage of enrollment and mentally pressurized to pay * Lakh asap, once payment was made I was informed that the market is at risk or the resources aren't available. The trade was done without giving SL due to which I incurred heavily loss of **k. I was always kept under the roof of trusting the organisation by telling that a big news is about to come in the market and that will give a huge profit which never arrived.

I paid * lakh fee for a premium service for a period of * year in which I get only * month services in dat I didn't get regular calls....in this * months they provided only *-* calls in per month and all calls are baseless and I booked huge loss. After all this I raised a complaint with advisory for refund of money as they fail to provide premium or regular service. They told they will solve the issue in ** days. After ** days I again approached the advisory but they didn't picked my call. I raised the issue with SEBI complain No. SEBIE/MP**/*******/* dated ** Oct **. I again called advisory but this time their contact switched off and their web page showing in Covid Situation we are unable to operate. They didn't resolve my issue at their end and didn't provide services for which I paid * lakh rupees. They are just doing fraud with innocent investor who invest with them in a trust.

Request you to kindly look into the matter at priority as I am waiting for my refund for the * lakh rupees.
