zell education - fraud

hello sir, i have been facing issues from this institution , i joined this institution (zell education )in the month of june ****. after few months of teaching , i gave my * exam of acca and from the margin i passed it . i was so dissappointed by seeing that the questions which came in the exam are just opposite from the books i prepared for it with zell. i called the mentor for this issue but she was just ignoring and not listening to me . secondly since * to * months my emi of the loan is going but not a single class is conducted so far. i contacted the mentor but she as always call back in * days. right now, when i called them for cancellation of the course from zell they are just ignoring me and the monthy emi is going from my account. please see to this matter as the company has committed fraud to many students.
