Ramji das mukut bihari badi bazaar haridwar - Fraud

We are from gujarat ,I bought one top costing (**** rupees) for my wife. At the time of shoping we both were there, somehow the lady worker tricked us and put damaged top in the bag and given us. When we reached home and we found that the top is completely damaged. When we went back for returns they did not took it back and instead of apologizing they were shouting on us and said you did not bought it from here and also started abusing us. Also they dont have any cctv there and also they are not providing any receipts of purchased items from the shop.
