Cloudnine Hospital Noida - Fraud

The IVF facility in Noida is fooling their customers. They are forcing the customers to continue with a new IVF cycle by altering the reports to show that the previous cycle failed. They have altered our report at a later date to show that no blastocysts were formed although we had a report that blastocyst did form. When we raised this issue with the management, they provided the resolution that the next cycle they will cover but on the last day of the procedure they backtracked on their promise on the day the eggs were to be removed. We ended up paying for the other cycle too. It has caused mental trauma and wasted our *-* months.
