On August **th, ****, I came across the Instagram page 'ethincfever' that showcased a beautiful collection of earrings. Impressed by their offerings, I decided to place an order for a pair of earrings, the total amount for which amounted to *** rupees.

On August **rd, ****, I made the payment of *** rupees through the online payment system provided by 'ethincfever.' However, since the transaction, I have not received any communication, confirmation of my order, or any tracking details regarding the shipment.

It has now been over a month, and despite my attempts to contact 'ethincfever' through Instagram messages and emails, there has been no response from their end. This lack of communication and failure to deliver the product has left me deeply concerned and frustrated.

I have attached copies of all relevant documents, including screenshots of my order, payment confirmation, and attempts to contact 'ethincfever.' I have also kept records of all communication and the timeline of events.

I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter and taking appropriate action against 'ethincfever' for their fraudulent behavior. I believe that consumers should be protected from such deceptive practices, and those responsible for such actions should be held accountable.
