Dear sir

Who was applying for edc machine.
Where were your team contact me for allot the edc machine .

How to install the edc machine on salary account.

If your team discussed with me regarding the edc machine then they are signed contract infront of me .

They are visit at physical place for verification also take the signature and take OTP or etc.

If you can't reverse my debit amount then I have no option to discuss via mail or call regarding that .

I'm going to take the legal action against you because you are woked totally fraud with me.

As I'm regularly trying from **th March **** to till date but I didn't get the valid solutions.

Without any prior notice and meet me your employee install the edc machine on salary account.

I need the resolution on priority basis as well refund the debit amount from my account .

I hope you can understand very well otherwise seriously I'm going to release the notice against your regarding you worked totally fraud with me .
I'm regularly email and call to customer care also take grievances but I didn't get the resolution.
