Glamour fab daily Instagram - Fraud

Okay so I ordered a dress worth **** from glamour daily fab Instagram. That guy has no decency to talk. First he told me that the order would be dispatched in * working days. I placed order on Wednesday and on Saturday when I asked him. He told me they take * working days for dispatch of order. I told him Thursday and Friday is * working days so he tells me to mind my language and watch my tongue. They don’t function on weekends. I asked him how is Thursday or Friday weekend, he tells me for them it is. This guy named Pratik Solanki is a cheat! I’m sure he must’ve duped so many other people as well. I got very furious at his behaviour. Looks like he has a mental disorder as well because he doesn’t know how to communicate also. He’s so rude & arrogant. He told me send an apology to him, for what should I apologise?? Just because I was taking follow up of my order?????Now he has blocked me on his page , I don’t have any contact number. Not able to reach him and probably lost my money too. But the reason why I’m posting here is because someone like him should be punished and legal action should be taken against him. I have his bank details as I did a bank transfer. **** is a big amount for me. It’s hard earned money.
