Chopda Computers - Fraud

I had sent a courier through delhivery kormanagala branch, they promised us they will deliver the product to customer within ** days , but the product was not delivered even after two months , we tried calling them about the return, the owner told he is gone out , so please come later
Now when I call they are telling it is not possible to track the parcel because we do not have data , the product price is *****/- sir , if this is the case please bear the amount or give us the material which we had given to you
