I booked an online appointment with redcliffe labs using Facebook Forms page. The representative called me and booked my appointment for Sunday from * to * : ** am in the morning. However, no person came. I had already paid the amount through payment link provided by that representative on Saturday itself. I called them ** - ** times but they are not ready to hear my case because I dont have Booking ID and my mobile number is not reflecting on their screen.
