Pride Educare - Franchisor has not given the service after accepting the franchise fee

Hi,
I have taken a pride Educare virtual franchise on ** march **** after getting the language confirmation of Tamil. After paying the **k franchise fee the told that you will get the id within ** days. I got id after a month but when I open the Tamil language is not there. And i have already rented shop and started the setup of my computer institute and they told sir please wait for a month we will add the language days gone years gone still they didn't give me the language support. and finally, I vacated the shop bcoz i was not able to handle more losses then on august they told me that we will give a refund of your franchise fee only they asked for the time frame of ** days but still they didn't gave me any response till now.
