I have taken a franchisee of Double Decker Biryani * months back by paying an investment of * Lakhs and have completed the * months cooling off period.

Till now i have now news on the outlet and my MG. This is the *rd month and i have not received my MG so far.

I am not getting any update from your sales person Ms. Mohana Priya, she has left the company

I tired calling the landline but the calls aren't going. Tried calling the GM Ms. Monica but she is not answering my calls. Called GM. Nirmala she doesn't have any update on my franchisee and agreement. Unable to speak with the MD. Nobody he giving me any update. I would like my money of * lakhs to be refunded asap.
