The mind research Foundation - Franchise grievances

The mind research Foundation is a psychology service provider. The company offered franchise to psychologists, a year back through linked in. The offer was pincode specific where the company promised to do marketing in our pincode and create clientele on agreement of payment of certain sum of money. But they didn't do any marketing, even the random online trainings provided by them didn't worth for the money paid. The employees who convinced and appointed franchises started leaving the company one by one. Only one person is there and they respond evasively and no proper communication since day one. I mailed the company regarding my dissatisfaction within a month of joining but they didn't care for it. They refused refund. There are many franchisee suffering like me
