Insta Courier Logistics Pvt Ltd - Franchise Fee Taken but No Service Provided Agreement Unsigned Full Refund Requested

I respectfully request Voxya to kindly help me in recovering my full refund of ₹**,***/- (GST included) from Insta Courier & Logistics Pvt. Ltd.
I paid the above amount as franchise fees. However, the Service Provider Agreement provided to me is not signed by the company, nor was any invoice issued with authorized company signature or stamp. Hence, the agreement was never legally executed.
From the very beginning, no courier or delivery service was started on my allotted pincode, despite repeated follow-ups. The company suggested an operational hub which is approximately ** km away from my location, making daily operations practically and commercially impossible. This was never disclosed at the time of taking the franchise fees.
Due to the above reasons, the business could never commence, and I have not received any commercial benefit or operational support whatsoever.
I clearly informed the company through email and WhatsApp that I am not interested in continuing the franchise and requested refund only, but the company is avoiding clear communication and has not processed my refund till date.
Collecting franchise fees without executing the agreement, without providing service on the allotted pincode, and suggesting an unworkable hub amounts to deficiency of service, misrepresentation, and unfair trade practice.
I humbly request Voxya to kindly intervene and help me recover my full franchise amount of ₹**,***/- at the earliest.
