Nilkamal - France issue

I ordered from official nilkamal online store of at-home.nilkamal.com . Firstly I ordered Nilkamal Freedom Mini Small Cabinet and order no: ***** and ordered date: *,*** Rs . This first order delivered after ** days. Very late delivery. That time I contacted them via email and customer care number but no responsibility. However, after ** days I received the above product but one part of self missing but I already know the customer support already very very worst and there is no responsibility. Also the above product not delivered at doorstep but they mentioned we deliver your product to your doorstep . When they partner courier boy come so he drop the package on road so my house sister need to carry the package which is **Kg to *st floor so she get hand pain. This is first problem. Second problem is product name: Orian Side Table Brazen (Brown) and Willie Magazine Rack (Wenge) and order no: ***** and order date: **/**/** . This above * products delivered after * month and Also they never share tracking details at the time of dispatching. Only I get order confirmation email but otherwise no updates or alerts so i contacted them via email for regarding tracking details but no response however the above product was delivered after * month with damaged and dust condition. Product name: Willie Magazine Rack (Wenge) this product very damaged and some parts missing and another product Orian Side Table Brazen (Brown) this product they promised me we will install this product once delivered but I not get any updates for this product installation. Very worst customer support. I Also send warning email to nilkamal grievance officer which they mentioned in terms and conditions but he said no responsibility. I attached that email photo Also. This online store failed to provide this following :
*st is customer support no responsibility and *nd is no updates for the ordered products and *rd is they won't deliver on time and *th is they won't deliver to doorstep and *th is the partner courier not give any shipment information to consignee and *th the grievance officer is no responsibility which is responsibility to the customers
