Tata Capital - Fradulent Services on the name of Tata Capital

My complaint is regarding tata Capital Limited, a subsidiary of tata Sons Limited. My mother who has studied till **th std. Saw an advertisement in dainik jagran (which is the second most circulated newspaper in India) regarding a loan. They have advertised as tata Capital Finance, and they will provide the loan based on marksheet, aadhar Card, in ** hours with just * percent interest, that too after three years. They also provided the phone number, on which I called and he sent me a message to send the required documents on an email address (tcfgujarat@gmail.com). On this email they have saved the name as tata capital finance. Then they approved it and sent me a pnb Account number to deposit the insurance fee before they will sanction the loan amount. This is where I thought, there is something wrong. I asked my mother to take a photo of the advertisement and send me, which I am attaching here too. And I found it as a fraud.

My humble request is to find these people and take actions against them, otherwise, they will loot many other people in India. There are many poor people in India, who can be threatened by these kinds of fraudulent acts.
