Following is the transaction details and complaint regarding the below transaction amounting to Rs.**,***/- incurred using your Citibank credit card ending ****:

This payment was initiated with reference to online rental payment towards one of your clients. I'm sure you would be having the details of the same wrt to the owner/beneficiary and the tenant details.
I'm the owner of the card.I'm a resident of Mumbai. I'm neither tenant nor owner.Transactions was initiated and carried out by one of your customer pretending to be the citibank officials for making the rental payment. Later I understood from Citibank that we wish to confirm that the mentioned mobile number (**********) does not pertain to Citibank and/or its affiliates/authorized agents and the calls initiated from the aforesaid number were not initiated by Citibank and/ or its affiliates/authorized agents
This said transaction has already been complained with Thane Police.
Necessary information is shared with RBI and Citibank.
Request you to share the details (addresses,telephone numbers,mail id,twitter account) of owner/beneficiary and the tenant.
Citi Bank has already communicated to extend the cooperation with Law enforcement authorities as regards this transaction.
As you are aware such type of transactions are carried out by terror,underworld,naxal for illegal activities in the digital platform.
Incidentally,today I only read a news article about No Brokers.com entering a unicorn club that raised around US $ *** million.Your cofounder Mr.Saurabh Garg highlighted your expansion in to the gamut of packing and moving,home loans,interiors,society management solution.Your company wanted to expand the Nobrokerhood from **,*** to * Lakh societies.
Having such great Business interest but with such fraud customers (as highlighted in the above transactions) will certainly taint the image of your business.
Your sharing of information will help the law enforcing agency to fix the issues.
Myself and Citibank will take it forward to handle it further.
