Dairy milk Cadbury - Found fungus on the chocolate

Yesterday i bought a dairy milk from a bakery i opened it and started eating i ate * pieces of it and realised that the structure of the chocolate is not the same as it use to be i thought the shopkeeper gave me a new variety or an oreo dairy milk .
I immediately checked the pack of the chocolate for the expiry date it wasn't expire but when i checked the chocolate nicely i founded some white particles sticking on to it and when i researched i founded it was fungus i ate * pieces of it unknowingly.... If something happens to me the company will be responsible for it ...
