Dear sir i ordered apple battery pack from Flipkart on ** June **** and they dilivered me on ** June **** .the product they sent me is not a original product and this is confirmed my apple service center.when i ask flipkart customer service to help me out they provide me time of **- ** hrs everyday they told me that plz upload job sheet from apple service center i uploaded but till now they won't help me out each and everyday from ** days they only provide time and time but actually no results comes out .so i request u to plz look over my concern
