The biryani life - Found a worm inside my zomato order

I ordered Hyderabadi meatball biryani from Zomato. The restaurant's name is
"The Biryani life" and when I opened the packaging I found a worm that was crawling on my plate. I called the restaurant to raise and issue and they said that they are looking into it and they have already registered my complaint but for refund or replacement purposes I have to contact zomato. I did contact zomato through the chat facility that is available on their app and I also submitted the evidence which was a video taken by me but the chat boat is saying that my video is unclear or blurry which in case is not so here I am dropping my concern and I would like it to be resolved as soon as possible I am here requesting for a refund to be made since I am not interested in a replacement. I will be attaching a video for proof.
