Amul gold - Fouled product bought

I purchased a packet of Amul Gold milk (₹**) from Reliance Smart Bazaar, Beta *, Greater Noida on ** March ****.
At the time of purchase, I noticed that the milk packet was not adequately cold, which raised some concern. However, since the packet had a valid expiry date of ** March ****, I proceeded with the purchase assuming it would be safe for consumption the same day.
After bringing it home, I immediately stored the milk under proper refrigeration. Within approximately * hours of purchase, when I opened the packet, I found that the milk had already spoiled and tasted sour, making it unfit for consumption.
This indicates improper storage or handling at the retail outlet, which is a serious concern for food safety and consumer rights.
I request the following:
Refund/replacement for the spoiled product.
Investigation into the storage conditions at the store to prevent such incidents in the future.
I have retained the purchase proof and packaging, and I am willing to provide them if required.
