Cadbury dairy milk - Foul smell and bad taste from Cadbury silk heart blush

I bought the Cadbury dairy milk heart blush choclate and as soon as I open it I find all oil got stuck on the paper inside the choclate and that oil smell like some machine oil. I had a small bite and it was not tasting good. I never expecting this from a Cadbury.
