Dear Chetak Support Team,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and deep concern regarding the recurring technical issues with my Chetak electric scooter (Reg No: MH**LC**** )and the gross negligence shown by the Wakad (Mankar Chowk) Service Center.
Despite bringing my vehicle in for the same issue three times in the last three months, the problem remains unresolved.
Service History:
• *-* Days Ago: Latest service for rear brake/tyre issues.
• * Month Ago: Service for the same recurring issue.
• *-* Months Ago: Initial complaint and service.
The Current Issue:
I have been charged heavily for "servicing" and "parts" during each of these visits. However, despite being assured that the rear tyre/brake issue was fixed just last week, the rear tyre has now completely jammed. This is a critical safety failure that could have resulted in a serious accident as I travel daily for offices.
My Demands:
*. Immediate Resolution: My vehicle must be fixed permanently by a senior technician. I will not accept "temporary fixes" anymore.
*. Refund/Credit: I request a full audit and refund of the labor charges for the last three failed service attempts, as the work promised was clearly not performed.
*. Accountability: An explanation as to why I was charged repeatedly for a fault that was never rectified.
I am attaching the Invoices from my previous visits for your reference. I expect a response and a resolution plan within ** hours, failing which I will be forced to escalate this matter to the Consumer Forum and share my experience on social media platforms to alert other owners.
