I am writing to formally report a highly unsatisfactory experience with the services provided by Upgrad.com I believe it is essential to bring this matter to your attention, as the level of service I received was far below my expectations, leading to considerable disappointment and frustration.
I would like to highlight the specific areas where Upgrad fell short:
