I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my ongoing Debt Relief Program with FREED, which I have been enrolled in since January ****.

I have paid all required installments under the program, yet three of my credit card accounts remain unsettled. Over the past five months, I have continuously followed up with your customer service team, and each time I am told that the settlements will be completed within the next ** days. However, no action has been taken to date, and there has been no progress whatsoever.

As a result of this inaction:

My CIBIL score has significantly deteriorated.

I am facing constant harassment from credit card lenders.

My financial and mental well-being is under severe stress.

I have lost trust in FREED’s services and no longer wish to continue in the program. I have now decided to personally settle these debts directly with my creditors.

Therefore, I am demanding:

A full refund of all the payments I have made to FREED under this program.

Compensation or interest for the delay, false assurances, and the adverse impact on my credit score and peace of mind.

Please treat this matter with immediate priority and confirm when I will receive the full refund.
