I am formally raising a complaint against the unethical and fraudulent practices followed by shine representatives. The details are outlined below for clarity:

I was contacted by your team regarding job-related services and was assured professional assistance.
I was kept on continuous calls for more than *–*.* hours, mentioning that the process had to be completed live or my file would not be logged.
I was pressurized to make immediate payments without providing clear, written, or consolidated pricing upfront.
Despite repeated confirmations, I received multiple payment links one after another, each under different service names, without transparency.
At no point was the total amount of INR **,***.** disclosed at the beginning. When another link of **,***/- received post above payments, I stopped & understood that this is fishy and scam is done with me and I have asked for refund which is clearly denied by them.
This appears to be a case of:
