*. Despite the plate being physically fitted on my vehicle, the dealer NEVER updated the Fitment Date on the portal
*. The status remains "FITMENT PENDING" to this day — solely due to the dealer's negligence

DEALER'S MISCONDUCT:
When I visited Arbit Automobiles Pvt Ltd recently to resolve this issue, their staff:
• Flatly denied that the HSRP was ever installed at their premises
• Refused to cooperate despite me presenting the above portal records as proof
• Refused to update the fitment status or escalate the matter internally
• Did not offer any written response or resolution timeline
This constitutes willful denial of service, misrepresentation of facts, and deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.

CONSEQUENCES FACED BY ME:
• My HSRP shows "FITMENT PENDING" on the government portal due to no fault of mine
• I was denied smooth PUC certificate renewal as the HSRP is not showing as registered
• I face risk of traffic challans and legal complications caused entirely by the dealer's administrative failure
• I have been forced to make multiple visits and suffer harassment despite being a law-abiding citizen

RELIEF REQUESTED:
I request Maruti Suzuki India Limited to urgently:
*. Direct Arbit Automobiles Pvt Ltd to immediately update the Fitment Date on the HSRP portal and change status from "FITMENT PENDING" to "FITTED"
