Forgery has been done on the address and email in my Airtel Broadband connection that has been issued on my name.I am wondering who has the authority other than me to change my personal details in my Airtel account. It is very weird and a serious security concern, as that can be misused very easily. It is so disappointing to see that such a big brand Airtel has such kind of loopholes in their process where without customer’s permission anyone can update their personal details. Calling customer care is not at all helping out. Nobody is willing to listen the actual problem and act upon it. Sent a mail day before yesterday and has not got any response yet on that.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
