Mr Holidays - Forgery and Cheating

I paid for sleeper bus from munnar to Bangalore in **/*/****. In the ticket no transparency or bifurcation given. I was charged full amount for sleeper. I was picked by mini bus at * pm and for *.** hrs have to sit uncomfortably with my luggage on lap in one aisle seat. I was made to change seat bcz I was solo female traveller. Then around *.** pm the mini bus dropped at udumalpet and made to seat on roadside till ** pm stating Mr Holidays bus will come by **. I raised complaint with red bus but no action. Bus operator was not responding their cal too. I was sick and paid so much to go comfortably but they put me in so unsafe environment. Till ** , I was on roadside waiting. I was alone and a women and needed to rest but they dint care. Later got bus at ** and reached i morning. Later when I spoke to red bus they checked with operator and denied refund. So, the hassle and health concerns I faced are they not responsible. Why dnt they clearly bifurcated charged for seater bus journey and sleeper. Why was no transparency. On top Mr Holidays bus dint even acknowledged their mistake and proudly do this everyday by fooling passengers by taking complete money but not giving convenience trip. I demand my a suitable compensation for all this hassle, my security concerns and forgery.
