IndusInd Bank - Forfeit of fixed deposit

I have a saving account no. in IndusInd Bank Gurdaspur Branch. In the month of June ****, I have opened a fixed deposit of Rs. ***** in my name. On that time Head of the branch met me and asked to take the credit card from the bank against this fixed deposit and signed all the documents for issuance of the credit card. He told me that this card is totally free service to you given by the bank and there are no hidden charges for the card. Even I don't know about the functions and features of the card.
He told me that there is no compulsion to use that card if you do not know how it works.
But know I need that ***** Rs. And today, when I went to the branch to withdraw my fixed deposit, I came to know that my fixed deposit has been broken by the bank itself without my consent against credit card fees of Rs. *****+ **% GST charges. Branch Head of the bank who issued me that card has been resigned from the bank and current staff of the bank is unable to help me to resolve the issue. I am feeling so much harassed. My hard earned money has been wasted in the bank without giving me proper knowledge. I had no need of that credit card of Rs ***** fees. I am a financially week person. Request you to please intervene in this matter and arrange the refund. As this was my hard earned money and the bank has fooled me and looted my money.
