Pls find below detailed gist of our complaints/failure on yr part to provide services as promised
Almaty
Guide Kate was new to Almaty n was a visitor herself for her visa renewal.and was *st time visiting Almaty.
Driver Jane English knowledge was less than basic.
Also she was a part time driver being an assistant doctor by profession.
Meals
Lunch on *st day was provided in a small dinghy restaurant and dinner was more worse in and basement located smelly Indian dhaba type restaurant called Tasty curry where half of the dinner thali was inedible
Also Kate clearly told us that as lunch amount was slight more than their budget so for dinner we may have to pay up excess amount if any
However Fm *nd day proper restaurant were provided for meals.
Everyday the guide and the driver would inform us that at ****hrs their hours of duty are over and somehow bring us back to hotel at Almaty stay.
Final day drive to Bishek Kate got down fm car before border crossings saying she has not carried her passport.
At border the driver made us wait for over **-** mins on road with our luggage waiting for her car.finally she truned up saying that her car documents are not in order and not allowed to cross border and instead hired a cab to take us to Bishek hotel.
On last day at Samarkand our full day sight seeing local agent Mr.Komil did not arrange any vehicle and we had to wait for an hour till the local guide arranged a car thro his personal contact whereby delaying by one hour
Everyday food dinner was arranged by Kate fm Almaty by phone and delivered to our hotel in Bishek Bukhara and a Samarkand without asking for our choice as a result dishes were repeated almost everyday and also the food delivered used to be cold as delivery persone would take **-**mins to deliver instead of us being driven to a restaurant except for Almaty
Both train journeys it was agreed by bullet train -Afroysib but we were booked by normal trains and without any upgrade in travel class as was promised initially when we were negotiating with Ms Gurjeet.we should be compensated for same.
Pls respond asap failing which we shall be compelled to approach relevant consumer redressal authority for our claims
