My customer ID **********, i try to FORECLOSE my one freedom credit line lone from March **, I paid entire amount March **, foreclosure payment not updated to my app.this is my issue i request more than * weeks daily I am writting dhani about this issue,nothing happend, I never seen such very very whost service like this. After update my foreclosure amount then only I deactivate my one freedom card credit line card activation.
This is major issue
I don't want to pay next month card charges, how can I pay without using card,I have no money. After * weeks we could not sent mail also it returns me because of dhani maill server memory full.
customer care number also no use, March ** to till date
