Ford Eco sport service has damaged the existing condition of rear shock absorbers and responding irresponsibly that it is wear and tear item and they are not responsible.
The other important issue and I want every ford customer to be careful is about service billing mechanism.
I verified the service bill, it has ** line items including labor. I am not clear how the Rate , Qty and Taxable amount are related. For example item no **

I believe that the above labor charge is for replacement of front wipers (not repair!) and rear wiper charges replacement are extra. The two wipers costed around Rs ***!
I complained about the bill and ford agreed and tried to offer something else as they are caught straightaway.
