RBL bank credit card - forcing to pay insurance fee which i dont want

RBL bank is forcing me to pay the R shield Insurance premium,R shield Insurance was given to me with my RBL bank credit card.I was not much aware of that insurance at that time,they converted it into emi & said if you don't pay * emi of premium then it will cancel automatically,now they are forcing me to pay the fee of emi.I activated my card on **.**.****,after that I logged into RBL app and seen the outstanding payment is ****** rupees on the same day I emailed RBL BANK card services to stop my R shield Insurance,again I emailed on **.**.**** to cancel R shield,they finally responded and asked to wait for * working days,again I mailed multiple times but didn't solve.I purchase some goods using RBL credit card worth ****.** rupees on **.**.****,on next month I couldn't pay the bill of my personal spent because of insurance bill is included,they called me many times to pay the outstanding amount, I asked them to remove my insurance premium then I will pay but they didn't help & didn't pay.Now they are sending agent to my house to collect money
