Byjus app - Forcing to continue their subscription

We bought a subscription of Byju’s and we want to discontinue it but they are not responding us for the same. They are not accepting our complaint and are ignoring our calls and it’s been so many days that we are trying to contact them but their is no response and they are not taking our complaint further. We even wrote a mail regarding this and still no prompts action was taken by the company.
