Ambika MV filed complaint against Lajree Designer on Aug 5, 2025
I made an online purchase with Lajree Designer after seeing their advertisement of soft silk sarees. I placed order for two sarees which cost me INR ****/- in total. Upon delivery I noticed that the product is not soft silk neither of good quality unlike described on their website. I immediately contacted the customer care and arranged to return the product at my expenses (** rupee shipping charges and *** rupees travel charges, to and fro to the post office). Now they are saying they can only replace and cannot refund. I don't want such cheap quality product but they forcing me for an exchange. It's waste of money. I want my money back. Never will I purchase any product online and basis facebook advertisement. They are all cheaters.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
